I was very surprised to see the clout that Breakthrough has and how you easily pulled together a meeting of people that seem unobtainable if you try to ring and talk to them. I was impressed with the professionalism and speed with which things started to happen. Just having Dad able to voice how he felt about the rebuild process he went through and his feelings regarding the complications that arose was invaluable. He is much more settled and understanding regarding the process and realises that he does have avenues to go through if he needs help or clarification. I think anybody that still is struggling with any agency should contact Breakthrough and see if they can be helped.
